Curiosities From Seat-of-the-Pants Research

I was following hunches in researching an entry in my log files from yesterday and eventually discovered two curiosities:

1) Someone in the ?sleepy? Washington, DC suburb of Reston, Virginia, USA actually looked up my domain on their cell phone (Is it possible I actually have a fan out there? I mean, if they're even looking on their cell phone, that's pretty serious )

2) Professional Newspaper organizations don't always have a clue when it comes to font practices. I downloaded a one page PDF from a DC newspaper, and they had actually embedded 30 fonts in that one page PDF.

I also might have discovered the reason behind the moral and mental ineptitude of Washington, DC. Perhaps they all go to visit Reston and contract Mental Ebola, and their brains melt.
