Ok here goes I should warn you that some people have big problems setting up boot, so first backup your current settings.
From Amiga Shell, types this: C:NvGetVar >RAM:Uboot_settings.txt
this should produce a list of settings for uboot, you need this when reconfigure uboot after it has been reset to defaults.
Copy the Uboot_settings.txt file to a FAT formated USB pen, or print it you need it most likely.
And before you do anything you might want takes notes about where you cables what plugs they are plugged in, you should not mess whit cables, but good to know what your working configuration was before you go on.
To reset the UBOOT, you can press ESC, ESC, ESC while doing a cold boot, you should hit UBOOT command line instead of booting AmigaOS.
If type menu and hit enter, you should find a menu option that says default settings.
You should spend some time reading about uboot before proceeding, if you struggle whit configuring UBOOT from UBOOT command line, you might have problems booting in some time to come.
So now you have been warned.
