£16m plus upto £2m linked to performance.
I suppose that time will tell if this acquisition affects the relationship with A-Eon.
Perhaps there will be an A-Eon statement?

Quite a regular

As long as Varisys make money from Trevor (which they do), I don't see why the relationship should be affected too much....

I, for one, welcome our new insect overlords. I'd like to remind them that as a trusted AmigaOS Development Team Lead I could be helpful in rounding up others to toil in their underground sugar caves.

Had brief contact with Trevor; no change in relationship is expected but discussions are ongoing.

A-EON has issued a press release on the matter. from their facebook page:
