What is differences between any HW with PPC except speed and price ? None. Does not matter who and how assembly parts. And even if they cheap, no one will give a #OOPS# if it old , or crApple.

I assume if someone will just make a case for mac, and put inside mb+cpu from mac, and put boingball label right where you will see it, you will even do not know that its crApple or whatever.

Anyway, facepalm, and i hope you will be still there, when there will be 2 users and 1 developer, if any. I know many (i.e. not one, or two) os4 devs who leave os4 once their HW die, because they just didn't want to repeat the same hw mambo-jambo. While is there will be support for one single macbook, then there can be more devs. At least those whos i know skilled enough to be happy if they will be there. But yes, its all crApple. No way ! Less developers the better ! Only amiga :))

You can facepalm your face until it gets red but i rather use something Acube come up with or AEON rather than use apple products you like to prefer. You sound like there isnt any other way. Acube and AEON still do hardware, you know about that? You exaggerating alot but feel free to do that. If the hardware die just buy new ones i can add some urls for you and your friends where you can buy it.

If you want to use crapple products with a glowing apple on backside of it and think its amigaos its a vision and future i dont share.

Moana should be the best news, because it could be the first step to an os4.1 powerbook.
But ACube is an HW producer, and Hyperion-Aeon too, (would you buy an x1000 if os4.1 could run on a 100$ mac mini?) so it will not be moana.

I want to keep AmigaOS on dedicated hardware and not on old Apple products!
Big thanks to ACube & A-Eon for making sure we have new & well supported hardware for our favourite OS

You're missing out. I have a MacMini, and it's a good machine. Windows 7 works really well on it.

No, is that your attempt to say I'm not on topic?

I'm simply enjoying the moment brought up about custom hardware and AmigaOS

I'm always very positive about that, too bad everyone else is always doom and gloom... LOL

My guess is that the envelope covers MOS, referring to MorphOS on the 460.

I think that's incredibly unlikely.

For one thing, all other things on that list are bits of hardware. It wouldn't fit.
Secondly, and even more important - why would they be doing teasers about something that everybody knows about?

No, this is new hardware. Couple this teaser with the picture of the unknown board that Trevor's been putting up (in a very small size :) ) - it's got to be hardware.
