AmiKit 1.3.2 Speed-Up Update

This update speeds up the AmiKit's performance. The icon loading might be up to 3 times faster and the system should be more responsive in general. The update is delivered to you automatically thanks to the Live Update feature.

I've tried various stuff to speed-up the NoJIT
emulations of EUAE. Icon drawing is a key factor. I had to kick KLester's icons out -- too slow even for
'IconBeFast'. The original icon set is best by size. Vergola Icons are my favorite - reasonably fast PNG icons.

As always, I'm jealous!
