no mate probably i dont explain good because my english :P
I have the same performances on pegasos 2 under runinuae like an Amiga Aga with a 68030 with a clock near to 40 (range) 50mhz... the mips are from 6.70(aga) to 6.91 (ecs)

my photo will explain better than my english :P

photo 1) https://www.dropbox.com/s/r6onvca0uuih6kp/IMG_2995.JPG (AGA)

this is the mac centris 610 specs and your result on Speedometer is great

the 1 in speedometer is Quadra 950

i forgot on my config i can play all games aga, ecs CD32 at full speed Trauma Zero run great , Brian the lion And and Superstardust Aga too :)

with the last Uae Sdl on os4depot i reach 7,80mips 3,51 mflops

If you read sysinfo, it looks strange too me.
First of all it says 68040 and 66.60 Mhz in the right box.
But if we look at the speed comparisons, the A3000 68030 25 Mhz is 4.8 Mips or something like that, and you have 6.91 Mips.

So you're about 1.43 times faster than a 68030 at 25 Mhz, so you should be around 35Mhz 68030.

6.9 Mips / 2= 3,45 * 10 is 34,5 or almost 35Mhz as I calculated.

Anyway differences between CPU models are big.

And if we compare the 68030 number whit 68040 numbers the 68040 should be 3.97 times faster at the same clock frequency whit some simple math, 1.43/0.36 = 3.97, if difference between a A3000 And A4000 is not too big.

So a 68030 35Mhz should be equal a 68040 at 8,81Mhz…

I don't know if its going to make big diff?

6.RAM Disk:> bw.elf
b/w to 32bit normal c code 1024x800
13 ms
b/w to 32bit assembler code 1024x800
4 ms

6.RAM Disk:> 8bit.elf
8bit to 32bit normal c code 1024x800
14 ms
8bit to 32bit assembler code 1024x800
2 ms

im pretty sure it will probably speedup the audio e some video translating procedures during the emulation. The only way for be sure will be when you will release it
