Hi everyone from AmigaMark

Just like to say a big hi to everyone on Amigans.

My name is Mark, been a big Amiga fan since about 1989 when my parents bought us an A500. I moved onto an A1200 around 1995 and when I could afford it upgraded it and bought as much software I could.

Some people may know me as Amiboy on AWorld and A.org (I also have a PSN account if anyone wants to add me: OmegaMark).

Recently got my hands on a Sam460 with OS4.1.6 and I am enjoying it imensly. It is different to my souped up A1200 (060, Voodoo 3, OS3.9 etc) being faster, more responsive, less crash happy, but yet so familiar (Workbench is similar, still crashes the odd occasion ).

I dont really have any programming skills, but some people may know I offered to lean how to code install script files (not python based) for anyone who wanted one. This currently hasnt happened due to work commitments and recently getting married

Hopefully once things have clamed down I will be able to put some time into this and start making myself usefull to the community.

Currently I am still trying to get OS4.1 how I want it and am trying to see if I can get all my old softwarre running, so you may see some threads pop up with me begging for help.

Welcome aboard Mark! I felt just like you when I finally made the jump to OS4.1 once we got new hardware from ACube back in 09. I since sold my samflex@800 to a fellow amigan in Alberta and bought an X1000 & proud to say I'm still enjoying my favourite OS today!

I also recently got married 14 years ago LOL..time flies man...enjoy as nows the easy part....waaaaaaait till the kiddies come along

My wife and I visited Liverpool a few years ago, thoroughly enjoyed it.
