How to resize windows from any border?

Back in OS4.0 there was a contrib commodity that allowed you to resize windows from any border, not just the resize gadget.

Now, if I press CTRL+ALT, I can do the same.

Is there a setting hidden somewhere that lets me do this without using the keyboard or do I need to dig out the old OS4 CD to reinstall that old commodity?

run the autobordersize commodity in your startup. It should be in utilities/commodities unless you have deleted it.

Couldn't find it on the OS4.1 CDs for SAM, A1 or OS4.0 for Classic.
However, eventually tracked down my original pre-release CD for my A1-SE. Now installed, so I'm a happy bunny.

Not without the author's permssion - it was a contribution on the pre-release CD.

Not sure why it's not a default option in the OS anyway, as all-borders resizing can be activitated with a hot-key combo. I just think I'm missing a setting somewhere...

Autobordersize IS part of the OS now and no longer a contribution. I'll have a word with ssolie tonight about getting an updated version released.

It would be useful to have an option in GUI prefs to enable that by default (or toggle the behaviour so the key-combo disables it for problematic apps).
