This is way you should not use your e-mail address from your internet provider or company you work for, instead use a independent service provider for your e-mail.
Anyway I don't see how this is Hyperion’s fault that you changed your e-mail, you should have kept your username and password at a safe place, when you registered your account, if so you might have been able to edit your user profile.
Besides you received a PM, so way did you not just send a PM back? No need to spam the forums.
