Supreme Council

I've made a few changes to the Openamiga.org web site:

- Added a SVN log. You can now see the latest svn updates
- Added a recent updates block, for project updates
- Top posters/new users blocks
- Removed redundant information from the front page
- Updated theme colors

Btw, it is possible now to just do browse of source code without needs to be registered , etc ? (i.e. to see code of all projects just from browser, to make some copy+paste when need it)
