I did and build altivec versions of course, but _when time is about that_. For first tests with new driver there no needs to build altivec versions. Its all can be done later with no problems. Worry about altivec now, mean compilcated your initial tests as not everyone have altivec, so not everyone will be able to test new vo_compoisting driver. But for us necessary as many testers as possible.

Its just logical to make everything works as expected with general version, then make vo_compostiing driver, and then build altivec, shmavites, omigatec versions.

But do as you wish, i just hope you will be succesed with vo_compositing soon.

Source code from afxgroup's, mplayer source code I have:

Mplayer-1.0rc2 does not have that, so it must be using SDL audio I think.

Pure “ao_ahi”, well there are lots of hooks in that source code, whit 68k registers and stuff.
Maybe I can get it to work, but its easier to do the ao_ahi_dev.

The code.google.com does not have it.

ao_ahi_dev was bit of problem to get working, GCC was playing tricks on me, some how it linked the wrong uninit() function from ao_adl sound driver, all fixed and working.

Varthall has not read my PM in 3 days, nor has he responded on FB. I'm creating the new Repo. I will add all I think should have access to commit changes.
