So I've made some tests with my AmigaOne XE G4 1,26 Ghz, 9000Pro and the -quiet option (and I also deleted the conf drawer to be sure).

New since beta6 is only one:

deal with iconify thingy normally, what mean we not have iconify gadgets in all 3 video output windowses anymore (it was only in p96pip output), but instead main iconify (from main mui gui, or from menu of mplayer) deal with iconify and of gui, and of video output window at the same time, which make it looks like one single app , and not like before when they have no connection between. I.e. just whole feel will be better for sure.

That wasn't easy as one may think, and that include work on all 3 output drivers + new stuff to our sdl, which was harder of 3 outputs because of that.

There is still some moments to deal with connection between gui and main video windowses, but probably no one will notice or even meet with it. Through added to todo.

Next what i want to do, its deal with that damn-crappy-stuff called "close only video window when press close gadget on it". Sounds easy: catch when, and close only video window, but that damn mplayer with all his functions and commands split it all everywhere , so just need to find what functions should be there to correctly stop video/audio output and close video window without main gui. There should be something like mplayer_stop_video(), mplayer_stop_audio() or at least some mplayer commands which mean that.

EDIT: found way how to deal with close of main window by not whole app ! Yeah ! Already make it works for cgx_wpa and p96_pip, but (as usual) need to deal with that crappy sdl_output. Dunno how to hook close gadget in SDL..

Hi, on my SAM460ex beta007 & beta008 everytime I DON'T use -nosound option it freezes here
using SM502 built-in sound. beta006 works fine with/without sound.

Been trying the various versions currently being worked on with SMTube.

The Kas1e betas still have issues on some youtube videos.

If 360FLV is selected, the video is corrupted.
If 360MP4 is selected, the video is viewable.

For a Sam440EP ITX using the inbuilt Radeon, the 360MP4 is too much and the sound is not in sync with the video.
The 360FLV works fine.

The same issue doesn't occur on the LiveForIt version.

-- fixed crashes when starting from shell (just was some mistaken code from my side where forget to check on gui/non gui when grab pubscreens)

-- make clean all window and screen titles: now in all 3 video outputs they all the same : window title = filename, screen title = the same as in main gui. for sdl output some necessary hack in sdl itself done for

Will be good if you can give me pure command line example of how to reproduce stuff, something like "mplayer http://blablabllab blabla blablab" or how it should be. Of course i somehow think that any crashes or garbling of vids will be just differences in mplayer/ffmpeg/whatever code, but better to have anyway some line to check in case i will worry to update core code as well

Downloaded the file to see better what is going on.


LiveForIt defaults to comp output.
Kas1e Betas are defaulting to pip.

The pip on both version cause that corruption, so exactly the same.
The SDL, CGX works fine on both versions as does the comp on the LiveForIt version.

Mystery over.

2. once liveforit will send or commit vo_comp will add that output with all stuff
3. altivec build
4. tests of everything if nothing broken in compare with previous releases (what mean no new code or another long-time work)
5. release and chiling
