on my configuration (Sam460 2Gb radeonHD4470) the games are unplayable, i checked the 640x480@60 in devs/monitors and i've got it, i get 6/7 fps either pcengine games or others... what's wrong here??

Pc-engine as not super optimised actually test please 1944 cps and return me please

In my SAM440 @ 800, I have between 35 fps in PC Engine and about 45fps in the others.

It's strange your case.

Megadrive needs the same file with twice with diferent names : md_mdname1.zip mdname1.zip
md_mdname2.zip mdname2.zip and so on.

it reassures me these results on sam440 for other machines that should not slow beings remove anything that starts in addition to the workbench (gadgets, wbstartup etc..) Please

Remove it to be sure...but please post your results after.

I don't use FlipPaper (yes, I know, it's my program...) and I have real good fps under pc-engine emulator with FBA.

Works pretty well here . I have two favorite games now.
Bonk 3 and Devil Crash-Naxat Pinball and the best is that it works good with my Competition Pro in games and menue :)

i've disabled Flippaper but i get only 4/6 fps with 1941...... i don't know what could be the problem......

You have disabled all launch apps on your wbstartup ??
You have a big problem on your config
1941 on sam here run at 45/50 fps and 1944 cps2 at 30 fps
Install a fresh system on new partition with full updates and test fba

no, i have any problem on my setup, it works well with all games and application it's very stable, i've got problem only with FinalBurnAlpha, did anyone test it on Sam460? Or it has been tested only on Sam440 ? I even disabled everything in my wbstartup without positive result, i checked again with SySMon if it opens a 640x480 mode and it does....

Heuuu!!!!! Look on signature at pseudaxos he work fine with 460 440 g4 aone g4 pegasos and x1000 (tests ok)

Personally i can't do any video, but eventually we might follow this way:

1 - choose a specific game
2 - activate the FPS counter from menu
3 - then make a benchmark for each type of machine using a single specific game

What do you think ?

Yes it's possible, the video is a real evidence of fps.
Test games : 1944 cps2; pckid 3 (bonk3) pc-engine, sonic1 (megadrive), bombjack1, 1942, rastan saga 2.
Ok now i wait for your results:
On x1000 this all games work to 60 fps
