Well well pardon but i had to change some games for the test because i can't found some of your suggested game

Here my results:

Sam440ep Flex 800Mhz + Radeon 9250 with 128MB (64 bit)

FinalBurn settings - "Default" and standard SDL audio

BombJack: 45 FPS
1943: 36 FPS
Rastan: 14/16 FPS
Super Street Fighter II - The New Challengers : 20 FPS
Street Fighter III - Third Strike: 8-11 FPS

During test I also found another issue related to the Joypad directions !
When i play any of that game at some point the left (or the right) direction of the pad still pressed, so the stick directions continues to be pressed until i repress it again .. a very annoying in most case and it happen randomly !

I use a Playstation 2 pad with the USB adaptor

Here are some small tests on Sam460 2GO fast Ram + Radeon HD6450 :

Can't play Nec Pc engine games because of slow slow emulation for the moment...

you've to create a copy of interested file(s) and rename it as "md_mdxxxxx", at the end you must have two file of the same game: the first one with original name and the second with a suffix "md_" in front

ok my fault, i tried only pce, turbografx and supergrafx games and they are run slowly instead now i'm playing some megadrive games and they work well 60/60 or 35/60 fps.....

I tried Sonic and SuperHangOn from 6-pak and it works at 60 fps on x1000.

It was my roms that were KO

They start fine but in all games i got at max 6 or 7 FPS (during game) while on the intro i'm running at 20/25 ..

In MegaDrive some optimization still needed though

Just tried Sonic with it and i got a speed variable from 20 to 37 FPS, so yes it's mutch faster than FinalBurn

Also keep note that a port of DGen exists too: (http://hirudov.com/amiga/DGen.php) and in general is faster than GenesisPlus

Ok and you have scale2x filter on 640x480 ?? I am not shure, on slow machine scale2x is slow and a with double résolution
Genesis plus work on 640x480 ?? On the site grab screen no it's 320x240 upscaler
