I need some help. OS3.5/9 has a VinCed, is there any similar for OS4? When I run Hieronymus I can only see those wich fit into screen and that log is not big :( I need to be able scroll up in shell window. Huh? AmigaOS 4.1's shell window already supports scrolling.

I'm pretty sure that it has already been released. You may have it disabled in the tooltypes. See the
AmigaOS Shell wiki page for details.

@LiveForIt I don't know which version is the first one to include the console history. However, if the instructions on the wiki don't work for you, then I guess that I remembered wrong. Hans

@utri007 They were useful, but they only confirmed what I already suspected. Just reduce the fog distance, and hope for the best.

@Hans Yes, I'm afraid you do remember wrong. The Shell described in that Wiki page has not been released publically, although it has been demoed at various occasions, and its existance is thus not that much of a secret. Best regards, Niels

I have plenty of (almost) finished ports collecting dust on my hard drive. I picked up Berusky, developed by the Czeh studio Anakreon. It is a sokoban-like puzzle game, with some new gameplay elements thrown into the mix. I did an AROS port about two years ago, but it had profile handling issues. I cleaned things up, applied my changes to the latest version, and fixed some bugs. As usual, you can grab it on my website. P.S.: The port of Arx Fatalis is finished, but I'm waiting for some driver fixes.

@smf I don't want to install 68k programs for the system related tasks. There is an OS4 native handler for kingcon on os4depot.

@Severin It's not native, it's just patched to work better on AmigaOS 4.

I have to do this same trick sometimes on linux even though the shell there supports scrolling because sometimes the error output from gcc can get too long for the scroll buffer.

Nope, the bug isn't in MiniGL. It's either in the R200 driver or in Warp3D.

@BSzili I just tried Berusky, runs fine on my Sam but creshes and burns on my X1000 when I click play, crashlogs are easily generated if you want them. Requirements on os4depot only say "AmigaOS4" nothing about Warp3D, MiniGL etc.. Is it supposed to run on an X1000? PS. Any news about tinymeter?

I have no X1000, so I don't know if it supposed to run on it or not. Crashlogs are always welcome. Regarding TinyMeter, it crashes dos_appdir_server at exit, which I have no means to debug.
