I would have certainly loved to use an authorised build procedure, but as I've mentioned CMake doesn't work on my system. I'll copy the relevant line from my startup-sequence, but I followed the readme. The only difference is the location of the cmake: assign. I can also make a stacktrace of the DSI if that helps.
I'll try Chris' solution, and report back on the results.

Or write a qmake project file. It takes litterally two seconds. And then you don't have to maintain a makefile, just qmake gmake and that's it.

Also, I have to admit, that CMake is not totally reliable on AmigaOS. It was quite hard to port, for many reasons, but mainly because it is using a fork() structure, that I had to work my ass off to adapt to amiga standards
And if something happens in your build process, that I hace not encountered in my work with porting it, it could result in unpredictable behavior. Qmake is another cup of coffee: limited possibilities and built explicitly for Qt. I can almost guarantee, that it'll work, unless someone tries to do something unauthorised with it (although I cannot really imagine what that would be).

Don't get me wrong, I'm not putting the blame on you. I just couldn't find any obvious mistakes in my CMake setup, so I chose the familiar path and spent a couple of minutes writing a Makefile. In fact I copy-pasted most of it from a QMake generated one. Next time I'll definitely create a qmake project instead.
Anyway, adding -lunix solved the problem, I'll keep everyone updated.

I doubt it will be slow, it's not like Brewtarget does demanding real time graphics :P I ran into some issues with the resource loading. I'm about to finish my midterm exams, so the next thing will be creating a QMake project, as alfkil suggested. It will hopefully solve the remaining issues.

Yes you can: http://s1064.photobucket.com/user/BSz ... aOS4/brewtarget1.jpg.html
The resources still won't load, but it starts up at least.

edit: Ack, I think I know what I messed up. Will post an update later today.

edit #2: Much better: http://s1064.photobucket.com/user/BSz ... aOS4/brewtarget2.png.html
