I had to add a small fix to FbxSameLock() in filesysbox.library in order to be able to browse exFAT directories from WB because fuse-exfat doesn't set the st_ino field to anything but now it's working as can be seen from this screenshot:

From a quick read, this project stopped somehow? Or did I miss something, I need a Plugin for ext2 filesystem to transfer stuff to my Linux on X1000...

@gerograph

You can create a NTFS partition for transfer between AMIGAOS 4.1 and Linux for now.
The NTFileSystem3G plugin in AMIGOS 4.1 works very well.
Create the partition under AmigaOS 4.1 and format it as NTFS under Linux.
Create the DOSdriver for AmigaOS using giggledisk.

While fuse-ext2 project seems to be dead (last commit in 2011) the e2fsprogs project which it's largely based on has had several new releases since then so I'm currently working on updating the used e2fsprogs code from version 1.41.9 to the latest 1.42.12 version.

Some good and bad news.

Good news is that the performance issues with read/write mode seem to be completely gone now AFAICT.

Bad news is that the filesystem format operation is completely broken now but at least the old mke2fs port (based on e2fsprogs 1.41.9) is still working correctly and can be used.

Formatting using FuseExt2FileSystem seems to be working now after I fixed a bug in diskio.library that happens only when using it in write-through cache mode.

The e2fsprogs code used is right now at version 1.42.13 (latest stable version) but I would like version 1.43 to come out soon so I can implement xattrs support in the filesystem (I could update it to a wip version but I would prefer not to).

The fuse-ext2 code has also been updated to 0.0.9 which is the latest release on github.

Apart from the missing xattrs support, which isn't really a big deal I guess as the FE version of filesysbox.library is too ancient for this right now anyway, the main thing stopping a release is that I would like to still do some more testing to ensure that it's working correctly and I haven't really had the time and motivation to do so.

You could add some people to a beta chain and let them try it out before release?
