Need help getting into Amistore

So how do I find out what my user name and password are to log into the store? I'd like to get Multiviewer but have no idea what or where an Amisphere is. I assume I need to create a new account? But how. Just make up a new user name and password in the log in spaces?

Just on a whim I thought of using my account name and password from the Hyperion download site, but it won't let me type in enough characters to even put that user name in.
