I rebuilt the Workbench File Lister project on openamiga.org on the 4.1 SDK.
Download here:
http://openamiga.org/?function=viewfiles&projectid=20 Could someone with 4.0 download and see if it runs?

@Sinan works ok. Some funtions dont wort like rename/openview/matchstring and move the selected files. If i press the button open a new shell windows it opens it, but when i quit it i got an amigados requester saying "invalid object lock". Process "shell process", funktion: "unlock()". In the menu nothing happens. for example new instance/information and quit. Anyway nice tool. I hope it gets into an os4.x update :D I never used magellan as i didnt like it to take over the system with alot of files installed everywhere etc. But i welcome such a funktion merged into os4 as i see many folks like it. Keep up the good work with enhancing the amigaos

@Sinan
Okey I'll try that on os4.1 at home. Feel free to post crashlogs and a more detailed description of what you did on

@orgin I was to fill in the locking of images in bugsos4depot but did some more tests. I tested removing filer from scouts commodities list. that didnt solve the locks. But then i forgot to check in the scouts tasks & processes list. I breaked filer in tasks and then i could delete the images. When you make quit in menu work we will not have to use scout to quit :D So i dont have any issues to report as i dont know for the rest of the buttons that dont work as this is only a prerelease so maybe some stuff arent working yet ? EDIT: Sorry for the problems :D

@orgin Hi, I tested it on my A1k2 and OS4 (with last update) - it runs well, list my drivers and assigns, shows everything well. When I doble-click on file, multiview show me selected file. Functions like copy/delete/rename/(...) doesn't work but Filer can back and show root directory.

Is there a way to change the option for opening the lister? I wanted to open the lister when I double click the LMB instead of MMB.

@TSK Because my Amiga Mouse does not have a MMB. Just simple. And no, there are no conflicts.

And no, there are no conflicts I meant I don't want anything to open when I f.ex. doubleclick a file inside a WB drawer.
