You're well ahead of me.

Note that the "allow saving of images as IFF" includes clipboard support. Bitmapped images are converted to ILBM, SVGs are converted to DR2D (see also this screenshot which shows my standalone svg2dr2d, but uses the same code)

looking good.
I have one problem that is when i type the letter is repeated twice and if i try and delete one of the letter it deletes both.
e.g. HHeellpp ii hhaavvee aa ppprroobblleemm..
Netsurf 1.2 works fine.
This is in 2.0 and now 2.1.
I`ve tried looking for a setting but failed.
This is typed using OWB.

1.2? I guess you mean the AmiCygnix one - in which case it isn't a good test, as the keybaord handling code is completely different.

What sort of keyboard are you using? Can you run AllKeys (on OS4Depot) in Learn mode and send me a bit of the output?

I use a ps2 Dell Quiet key and i will try allkeys later.

Ok now i`ve tried Allkeys in learn mode for every key press it logs twice. One of them being the up mode.
I dont know how to save the output.

I don't know what to suggest, as it just passes the keys to MapRawKey, and it works as it should here (except caps lock). I take it you can see the characters appearing, once for the press, and once for the release? What happens if you hold a key down? Perhaps I can filter out key up events manually.

Do you have the elf.library QuickFix installed?

What crashlog do you get if you run the static version?

Thanks for the update.

Using the graphics.library version of NetSurf 2.1 on Workbench screen.

I noticed that some of the contents of the NetSurf window tend to disappear if I open another window (such as About... or NotePad) in front of the NetSurf window and drag that window around. As soon as I make the NetSurf window active again and scroll, contents return. I have ClickToFront in my WBStartup drawer. Contents of the NetSurf window also tend to disappear if I move the NetSurf window part way off the screen and back.

My mouse pointer froze a mement ago when I was working on this post. Had to boot to wake up my system. Not sure if I can duplicate.

1. don't remember because I have reinstalled the AOS4.1 and maybe have forgotten ??? need to check soon 'this end of day after the job or tomorrow).

2. crash with both versions. Same crash.

I changed it to a simple refresh window - I'll change it back. I don't see that effect here but that's almost certainly the reason.

@Mrodfr

You won't get the same crash with the static version, as the stack trace is pointing to the libxml2 shared object. Double-check the version shown in About.

Regarding the refresh problem, it might be relevant that I have Compositing disabled on non-Workbench screens (I had to create a special Screens override to force Netsurf screen to not use Compositing). Compositing isn't necessary outside Workbench & just uses lots more video memory unnecessarily.

Possibly. NetSurf does actually use the Composite() function on OS4.1 as it is many times faster than BltBitMapTags()/BitMapScale(), but I don't know whether enabling/disabling compositing for the screen makes any difference.

A quick test on PegasosII:

NetSurf immediatly causes an entire system freeze if i try to resize the window (Resolution: 1440x1050@32).

In 1024x768 it seems to work, though.
