Hi @Jurassicc
(March 31,2001) 'St Louis marked the beginning of the future.' said Bill McEwen, President and CEO of Amiga Inc. 'Key to that is the Amiga community moving forwards in a single direction, united and determined. With Elbox as a partner, another key Amiga company has joined the drive forwards towards success.'

Marking the future and actually seeing it is definetly an Amiga identy crisis isn't it!

One here again:

Previously long link

(yes, the link is rather long but since I did not find any explanation on how to insert a link correctly, I'll let MickeyC do it).

Edit: Amended Long Link - Mikey C

Type [ url ] your mega long link] Title [ /url] But remove the spaces I've put in the brackets.

Edit: to explain manual usage of BB code - Outcast

Hello!

Don't get me, wrong but spending 300 euros for a 8 years old ppc + 100 for a new OS (around 400 euros tottaly) without having test the OS previously (how fast is it, is there any benchmark out there for a classic ppc vs A1?) are a lot of money!

I mean, the ppc look soo underpowered, only 166 Mhz on an a1200?

The onlly hope that OS4 could really boost its sales on the classic line of amigas is a brand new ppc hardware on the market. Elbox should release that SharkPPC, personally and I guess others as well, would be more confident on spending 400 euros for a new ppc rather 300 for such an old equipment :(

Well with an A1200 being 14Mhz, an 030 accelerator @ 50Mhz, and an 040 @ 25Mhz, it's not much of an increase is it?
