Just wanted to say thanks for updating it for OS4! It'd be great if you could get rid of that DSI, but it works anyway - so , no big deal!

On the Tubexx official web site , you can find the last OS4 version.

Unfortunately Tubexx own new version check cannot
download the new version so you must dounload it from
the website.

Do you mean this is a newer version which works with the recent youtube changes or is this the same version since Oct 2009?

No difference for me here.

I still get "Error url not validated" when trying to watch something.

Ooops i forgot to add the tubexx.rexx file.
Now it works but when the file has played Tubexx closes.

All the dependencies frightened me away on installing this

Me too. Sadly. Plus I don't like filling my OS4 System partition with wierd junk (would be much better if everything can be installed in the program's own folder).

Come on guys that is a bit harsh. many of the needed files are either stored in C for other programs to use or are MUI related. I just tried it and it worked beautifully (yes it would be nice to get rid of the startup DSI) but I just watched and downloaded an old Train song with no problems at all.

Pvanni

Thanks for your hard work. Really works a treat.

I don't think it's harsh that the huge dependencies put us off - it's a simple fact. Who knows whether that applies to anyone else, although my suspicion is it does apply to a lot of people...
