If I remember correct there is no wbstartup directory in AmigaOS4.1

Now fixed on the wiki along with a few other things.

This was already changed in Workbench.guide about a year ago (53.3). As the Wiki text seems to be a copy of, or derived from, Workbench.guide, you might want to check the two against each other, with the help of the very detailed releasenotes for Workbench.guide (unless you already did that, and that's how you found the "few other things" you mention above).
