me too. indieGO! -Appstore is for AROS, AmigaOS68k, AmigaOS4, MorphOS, Windows, Linux and OSX and of course indieGO!- devices such as the AmiQube.
I offer every party to join and made sure that the API is portable and everyone can participate from sales.
The shown client is our "reference" client made with Hollywood. Other parties could access the store with using a C program.
We will also build a web-interface in form of Steam or GOG, so people can browse files using a browser as well.
The idea is to give developers a unified target. Let's say you create a new SNES game. Via indieGO!-store Amiga users can buy and run it as well. The developer just creates one IGO-file for all targets.
I am not fighting against AmiStore. Both parties will use their shop to offer new software. Nothing bad.
On my mac i have AppStore (because it is part of the OS), Steam, GameTree and Desura. I can choose where to buy and sometimes they have exclusive deals.
