Well, obviously they feel they can and hence why they are fighting it. Its not about what you, me and the rest of the community want (sadly) its about what the US courts decide. I sincerely hope the "Patriot" card isn't played.

I hate to be a spoilsport but it seems that they are still negotiating, however, no deal can be acceptable if amiga inc. aren't willing to cover all legal costs of Hyperion Entertainment over this frivolous lawsuit.

Hyperion has been compelled to spend way too much over this sham case, which they don't even have to answer to, as I feel that they own every conceivable portion of Amiga anything that exists!!!! (Due to multiple contract breaches by amiga inc.)

So, if Hyperion requests that amiga inc. cover their court costs (which they absolutely deserve to have covered, no two-ways about it), there is no way that amiga inc. would accept it and therefore no deal is possible.


Considering amiga inc.'s law firm seems to be quite fancy (New York situated, I believe), and the amount of lawyers I saw in court that day, I would think that amiga inc. has probably spent in excess of $40,000 thus far!!!

anyawy. amiga inc hasent even shown a screenshot of amiga os 5 and aa2. now vista has gotten old in the mean time. now windows 7 is on its way.

amiga inc. HAS ruined everything, for themselves.

Hyperion Entertainment, has MASSIVE setbacks due to the vile activities of corrupt amiga inc. -- "the infinitely useless"!


You see, as I've posted before, amiga inc. have cost just short of now, 2 YEARS of progress for Hyperion, AND the massive USELESS, and REGRESSIVE court case's draw of financial resources IS in the realms of extreme insanity! All that time, effort, used to participate in court and the emotional/financial pressure on the coders of AOS4 is EVIL!

Yes, amiga inc. as far as I'm concerned, is an EVIL entity now (well, has been for quite a while, it has only now dawned on me that it is the case).

Think about it, it's almost a class struggle, the employees vs. the greedy corporate, NON-PRODUCING "fat cats" that want it all, and want it yesterday!

I can't see ANY amicable resolution with amiga inc. that DOESN'T include amiga inc. paying all of Hyperion's legal bills, and amiga will NEVER agree to that. (IF Hyperion agrees to anything, it better include UP FRONT money from amiga, or no dice. They will NEVER "pay later". Remember the IDIOCY of the Kent Arena advertising fiasco?)

And even, paying Hyperion's legal expenditure is a TINY piece of what they owe to Hyperion for hindering it for MORE than 2 years!!! Yes, it's MORE than 2 years of "amiga inc." interference that we're talking about here. Keep in mind that "amiga inc." is a non-entity as of Apr. 2004 or so!!!!! It's a friggin' GHOST!


And thus, therein I conclude that ONLY Hyperion Entertainment exists, caretaker and FULL owner of all "Amiga" anything. (Other than AmigaOSXL, Amithlon, AmigaForever, and Anywhere Amiga (not that anyone would want that last one anyhow. Funny story, "amiga inc." (which must now be renamed to something else) can't even sell AA anymore, or at least must rename it as well!).

Well, it's 3:30 p.m. here in Vancouver as well as Seattle, Washington.

Less than 24 Hrs to go before SOME decision is made, but it may be just a redirection to yet another date..... Who knows, fingers crossed that amiga inc. somehow loses or withdraws tomorrow!


Actually, I want to see amiga sinc. lose, to be compelled to pay HE's accrued lawyer fees.
