xvidcore.library with altivec support

I'd like some people who have G4 amiga systems running AOS 4.1 to test the above library file SRec (should be configured to use XviD codec) to see if it works and also see if it's any faster than using the 52.1 version without altivec support compiled in.

I've already tested the library on my SAM440EP but since it doesn't have an altivec unit I can't test if the altivec code works or not.

Varthall and broadblues have tested the library and it seems it uses about ~10% less CPU with altivec.

I've also sent diffs of my source code changes to the xvid developer mailing list. Hopefully they will be included in the next version they release.
