MUI OWB Croatian charachter set/font!

Quite a regular

Is possible to get working propertly Croatian fonts in MUI OWB ? When loading some pages I can see all Croatian fonts but when try replay on forum , chat on faceebook or need write in serach string text cant see Cro fonts , only strange simbol? dont know where is problem ? Text encoding using ISO - 8859 - 2 MUI OWB prefs

I have no idea about this.
I can't see any text at all on this page: yr.no and I don't know how to fix it. I suck at fonts.

Software developer for Amiga OS3 and OS4.
Develops for OnyxSoft and the Amiga using E and C and occasionally C++
