BigRamPlus by Individual Computers

Since a few days the 'BigRamPlus' (scroll down) - a 256 mB RAM expansion for all Zorro3 equipped classic Amigas - is available from all Individual Computers resellers, e.g. from Vesalia.

Now I'm eager to know if this card will be recognised and used by OS 4.x - like e.g. Amigakit's ZorRAM?

Does anybody have more info on that?

Ciao,
Dandy

@SLayeRDK:

Hmmmm - one of the beta testers reported the contrary:

On Nov 22, Rotzlöffel wrote at amiga-news.de:

Well, my beta tests delivered the following results hereto:

- OS 4.0: does not boot at all with the BigRamPlus
- OS 4.1: automatically integrates the BigRamPlus as swap memory
- works in an A4000 only if it is equipped with the ORIGINAL Zorro-III Riser-Card
- BigRamPlus does not work properly with certain Busboards (like Micronik, RBM, ...) and does NOT qualify as swap memory in conjunction with those busboards -> system crashes while swapping
