QGmail install

I did put the QGmail drawer in the Amiga OS4/Internet drawer


Trying to start the program i get the messag please insert the volume Amiga OS 4:Internet/QGMaill/DU0: Process 214 "gmail"


and later "Unable to resolve symbom _Z1Oqt_dprintPKc


What is require to install & run this interesting program ?

download and install QT first maybe.

Like he not do it :) Of course he did, he for long time do tests of QT and QT apps. Its just some sobjs based hell again.

This thread moved out of sight, and i forgot about it.

you can't expect qgmail to work if you don't have qt installed. how can you not get that?

When i downloaded QGmail i did not know it was using Qt.
I checked again: there is no readme or any hint on how to install the program in the archive.

I have no urge to install Qt (since that archive is huge because it contains the SDK) if nobody tells me QGmail works OK.

I decide to take the plunge and downloaded the big SDK containing archive. That took still longer than expected, notably because the install script told me Qt was allready installed & asked me what to do: i choose to put it in a new directory.

I was able to launch QGmail, and it showed me some messages on the screen.

I did not find more info on the web on what QGmail is supposed to do.
Any link known ?
