Just trawl round amazon.co.uk and look for anything cheap, I've had a nice jeantech case for £15 inc. delivery from there, got my flex in it atm.

I moved my 460 into the case this weekend, and everything went pretty smooth. I can't connect the case USB cable to the internal headers (J12 or J13), if I do, the keyboard (in the top back port) is not recognized in UBoot, so I wouldn't be able to select my boot partition (a must when you're beta-testing ).
But I don't believe that's the fault of the case, but rather a general problem with the 460; I think it was like that in my previous case as well. I don't use the front USB ports that much anyway.
Apart from that, the side covers do rattle just a tiny bit when the two fans are running; I'll have to see if I can do anything to reduce that. But everything else is fine and dandy. There's lots of room to work inside the case, and it looks nice and discrete when it's closed.
Do you have an SD card mounted in the internal reader? I do, so maybe that is what interferes for me (as the system sees that as a USB device). I never thought about that possibility until now.
I'm talking about the built-in SD card slot on the underside of the Sam460ex motherboard.
But if you didn't realize that, I guess you're not using that either.
Bottom line, that might possibly be my problem. I'll have to try removing the card from there next time I open the case, and see if it makes a difference.
oh, yes.. sorry. i misunderstood you there, my fault. no, i only use it for re-install os4, when finish installing os4 i push i once so it always present in the slot, not monted. but i have mounted it to install some of the programs while my system up and running with no issues, but i i do take the sd card out before reboot.
