AmigaOne XE G4 - no sound with soundcard - SOLVED

Just popping in

Hello all! Long time no post! And apologies if you're seeing this cross-posted from other forums/groups...

I've plugged in my AmigaOne for the first time in roughly a year. Back then, I swapped the internal cell battery as the original had long since expired.
The machine booted fine last October, but this year I don't seem to be getting any sound from it (nor do I remember any sound from it last year).

What do I need to check? I don't recall changing any settings, and everything appears to be plugged in correctly.

Spec: AmigaOne XE G4, 512MB, AGP Radeon 9000Pro, Terratec 512 soundcard (this was working ~10 years ago).
Running AmigaOS 4.0 (yes, I need to upgrade... that's actually why I plugged it back in!).

Does Ranger (http://www.os4depot.net/?function=sho ... e=utility/misc/ranger.lha) show the audio card in Hardware->PCI_BUS tab?

To have audio working you in DEVS:AHI the ".audio" card driver and in
DEVS:AudioModes the audio "mount" file.
Don't know what audio driver terratec needs/uses.

For example on my SAM460ex I have/use:

Thanks for the reply! I don't have Ranger installed, but will look to as it looks very useful.

As it turns out, my cabling was at fault. Switched cables, and voila - sound! Tested it by playing the Cannon Fodder CD32 intro in DvPlayer! :)
