I hear ya my fellow amigan !Dec30, 2011 was when I got mine & it’s been on every day since and other than the CMOS battery change (lasted 6.5 years) it’s been rock solid hardware wise

Nice video, thanks for sharing.
Best thing about time passing is I can tell my wife that the cost of X1000 is getting less per year of use… it is almost a bargain

big time bargain compared to my brothers car hobby or my best friends sport card collection hobby BUT compared to my wifes shoe collection hobby my Amiga hardware hobby is like spare change (sheesh I've got shoes that I still wear that are 25 years old that I just changed the soles on few years ago!)

And shoes are probably more expensive. So what! I like it!

Next year it will be 30 years !
And AmigaOne X1000 I had only nine years.
I hope my next hobby will be grandchildren.

congrats! 23 years here..got married later than most of my friends...I hear that the grand children 'hobby' is the most rewarding one time flies when you're having fun

Yeah the past 10 years have been great Amiga fun.
It’s easy to forget the advances this little tech community has made.
We are lucky to have the great devs, backers and companies that keep investing in our hobby. I won’t name anyone, as I’ll invariably miss someone, but thanks guys you all know who you are
