Re: cha05e90 Wet Theme
Quite nice.
Curious as to why you didn't update the mini icons too? (which would also have allowed you to set the tooltypes on them) |

Re: cha05e90 Wet Theme
Thanks for both, I haven't tried the theme yet as I am updating icons. Any chance we can request a few other icons?
I hate having a system with old and new icons that just don't match. I appreciate it takes time so it is nice that you compliment Mason's efforts. Wonder if Ken can join in....hint Ken ..hint Cheers ace |

Re: cha05e90 Wet Theme
@Chris
The difference between the "old" 56x56 style and the new 64x64 style isn't that big - so I thought Ken's mini icons are still "big" (and nice) enough to fit with this 64x64 pics. Of course it would have been easier for everyone if I had included Ken's mini icons with the new position tooltypes, but - to be truthful - I didn't dare to include Ken's original artwork in my archive! Next time I'll ask Ken and/or you for permission to include them ... |

@acefnq
Quote: I hate having a system with old and new icons Yep, same here. Mason did wonderful icons - but I'm sure he's to busy to make new 64x64 icons for "everything" (which includes re-working his own "old" 56x56 32bit icons - and he did a lot of them!) So my first step is to compose Mason/OS4.1u1-style icons for everything *I* miss here on my systems. My next icon package (2010-2; 160 files yet ... and growing) is already in the works - watch this space! (someday we might have another Wunschkonzert - Mason doing his *real* artwork and me doing the more simple stuff...) |

Re: cha05e90 Wet Theme
@cha05e90
Ask Ken They were drawn specially for Wet so as far as I'm concerned the licence I have prohibits distribution without Wet I very much doubt Ken would mind but you should ask him, as it is his hard work not mine. Alternatively you could knock up an Installer script which copies the icons from an existing installation and sets the tooltypes. Look at the script in the Small Stardock icons archive on Aminet for a starting point. |
