Re: Gimp 2.6.11 for AmiCygnix released
Congratulations, you did it again!
I have some problems with polish chars, again When I try to write a text, pressing alt+char does nothing. There is a workaround, with use of Leafpad. I write then cut/copy text. Pasting it in Gimp text window does the trick. I think due to internal changes new Gimp is much slower (painting/drawing) on my machine. I have decided not to delete the old one. Anyway, good to have such a monster on AmigaOS. |

I think Sane will be next Quote: I have some problems with polish chars, again Yes, that's right, sorry. I don't know, why it does not work, I use the same code like in Leafpad. Quote: I think due to internal changes new Gimp is much slower (painting/drawing) on my machine. I have decided not to delete the old one. Gimp 2.6 is indeed slower. A fast system is recommended. |

Gimp is not a wordprocessor and as I said, there is a workaround, so not a big problem...just to let you know
