This sounds similar to one of the extras you got if you were fool enough to buy the extortionate Ultimate Edition of Windows Vista. Perhaps not coincidentally this was the first version of Windows to support Compositing. Oddly they never included it in later versions of Windows.
Back to CANDI: I'd be interested to know if it supports arbitrary animation files (or only built-in ones), and if so then what animation formats it supports, how long the videos can be, whether it supports scaling of videos (larger & smaller), whether the videos are cached in RAM or continuously streamed from disk, etc. |
