The file system source code is also included under GPL license.

A couple of advantages over NTFS3G are faster file I/O operations as well as case insensitive file names.

AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition is required because exFAT needs the new diskio.library as well as a newer filesysbox.library in order to work.

Home away from home Joined: 09/11/2007 From: Russia Comments: 9111	exfat Don't have time to test it lately , but as i remember from previous beta-tests of exFat, it was the better FS by speed. I mean it is faster that cross-dos's fat , and in terms of copy, and in terms of write. There was one problems which Fredrik seems fix lately, so anyone who use USB sticks for transfer data to/from, should try to use it as the best implementation of FS which avail and on os4 and on windows/etc. At least for usb sticks for sure.
