Amiga Future Everywhere: 68k Version Update

The 68k-Version of the Amiga Future Everywhere was updated and version 1.01 was released.

The 68k-Version now runs smoothly on 68k Amigas and WinUAE.

The AmigaOS 4 Version is unchanged. No errors found. :)

This is a program for AmigaOS 3 and AmigaOS 4 which generates a docky, with which you can be notified about new Amiga news in various ways.

Headlines of news messages with a link to the respective news article will appear here.
Then the article can be read with a simple click in your browser.
The user can choose how many times it is checked for new news.
In addition, he can choose different types of alerts.
Also you can set whether you get news in German, English or both languages.

(Incidentally, we are still looking for someone who can port this program to AROS and MorphOS)

The programs can be downloaded for free on the Amiga Future Everywhere page.

There are also possible updates of the programs, as well as other phases of Amiga Future Everywhere are provided.

Amiga Future 119 preview are now available online

The full colour preview and excerpts of the Amiga Future issue 119 (March/April 2016) are now available online.

Some of the interesting articles in this issue are:

Review Portable AmiKit MK2
Interview Pascal Papara (ARES Computer)
Interview Amiga Racer Part 2

Of course there's so MUCH more actually in the magazine.

Needless to say you'll find some FULL versions of software, often what was commercially available, as well as some of the latest try-outs or freely released software applications and games for, hopefully, all of the Amiga type Operating systems, so that's Amiga 'Classic', OS4, MorphOS, and AROS, including some PD software for these systems, all on the cover CD.

A detailed description of content and excerpts can be found at: http://www.amigafuture.de/kb.php?mode=cat&cat=13

The Amiga Future magazine is available as an English and German printed magazine - every issue is available in FULL COLOUR - directly available from the magazine editorial office and also from various other Amiga dealers.

 So what actually is it???
Like many news items, it makes the mistake of assuming I know what it's about. e.g. I have no idea what "Amiga Future Everywhere" is. Why should I want to download it? A screenshot would be worth a thousand words! Is it effectively just an Amiga Future RSS news feed reader? (Although I notice that your RSS news feed is currently German-only...)

 Re: Amiga Future Everywhere
@AndreasM

Hi, I installed this Amiga Future Anywhere and it seems working pretty good, except that I got some isses:

- I suggest a setting (maybe there already is?) where the user decides in which docky AFnews shows up in. (I got 4 dockies, and I want AFnews in a docky that is not the Main-docky.)

- Also, I suggest making English default (no bad feelings to German language intended).

Thanks

ChrisH

I had to use Google to find the English feed, as it is not advertised by the HTML embedded in your website:
