Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!
I'd rather Amiga Inc just come out with a corporate update / coheirent press release. I think I've submitted questions to almost every past offering (not all made the cut), but unless I can think of a good reason, I think I'll pass this time. Maybe this time will be different, but I don't feel I've gotten any value out of any previous batches of questions in this type of format. The latest court docs seem to be sheding more light than any thing else these days.

Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!
My Question(s) would be (and I doubt it would get answered)
Given the ever decreasing size of the Amiga community; Does it make sense to add more delays to the relaunch of the platform by taking out litigation against the OS4 developers? Surely Amiga inc must know that even if they win, getting the code is going to prove a nightmare which will drag on for years and years? Without any new hardware and new users coming back to the platform and given that they seem to have ignored the petition sent to them, are Amiga inc out to kill the Amiga platform altogether? Its long, its wordy, but I think you all get the gist, I doubt they'd reply to such a question anyhow. |

Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!
Dear Bill,
What is this nonsense about the name amiga? Why is the community no longer allowed to use the name on websites with out the fear of getting sued? |

Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!
I have posted my question over at AmigaWebNet. Having looked over the questions posted so far, I must say that there are interesting questions, good questions, and a certain percentage that can only be described as gang rape. Noting who the ?main sponsor? of that site is, I thought it prudent to take a screen grab of my original comment.

@mikey
Bill would probably answer you with the usual poor answers. Same as he does when you email him, nice replies but overly positive. I mailed him a few months back and back then he expected the legal problems to be solved in a few weeks. |

Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!
do you really seriously think, it is worth something to ask him whatever you ask ?
History has shown that you can't rely on any answer you get. Luca |

Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!
Cool : more hot air, broken promises and irrealistic projects "just aroud the corner" !!
The only answer I want them to give us is "Okay we came to an agreement with Hyperion and every OS4 developpers. Every actual or pending lawsuits have been abandonned, everybody we are collectively happy to announce that Hyperion is now a subsidiary of AInc, as such AOS4 will be available by the end of july to buy for Classic, an update for A1 at he same time, SAM version will be for end of summer, and ..." ... Oh sh*t I was knocked by the night table, it was a dream !!! |

Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!
Judging from the comments there is not a lot of love for our Amiga brand masters these days.
Given there is lawsuit or two going on asking any questions about that will get you a "No Comment" answer so I wouldn't bother even trying. I'm not interested in any "os5" fantasies until I see a working product so I have no questions on that stuff. Nope, no questions from me this round. Perhaps this is not the best time to hold a Q&A session. |

Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!

Re: Bill McEwen ready for questions!
Hi Steve,
I agree with you. Not the time for Q&A. Is Amiga Inc. stiill in business? If yes, can we have a new management system. The current one sucks big time! |
