Software News : Lite XL 2.1.7r1 is now available

Resized Image A new version of Lite XL v2.7.1r1, the lightweight editor for AmigaOS 4 and Linux just got released. This is based on the latest upstream version, that is for other platforms, following all their updates and bug fixes. Furthermore, in this version I introduced plenty of useful plugins, expanding its capabilities.

In case you have an issue with PNG library, like below, try to download and install the latest one from https://github.com/salass00/png16_lib/releases/tag/V53.3

 Lite XL 2.1.7r2 released
I just made a new release of Lite XL that includes the png16 library. It should work for everyone out of the box.

 Old version of z.library
I tried running this, but it says that I need z.library 53.9+ and that I only have 53.5. I searched the Internet but I can't find this z.library. Do you have a link to where I can download it? Also, there is an OS3 version available, but that totally crashed my Sam460LE and I'm having trouble recovering the system. So please add a link to z.library to your documentation and a warning not to use the OS3 version. Many thanks!
