Re: New X11 Window Manager
I wonder how soon CygnusEd will be able to release that browser. It would be a very welcome piece of software for us OS4 users as we continue waiting and waiting for a native browser with css. (If it works well, I would also certainly paypal him some cash in appreciation.)

Re: New X11 Window Manager
@Elwood
It is native running on PowerPC native version of X-Windows for AmigaOS4, it is not emulation of any kind, guess what your trying to say it will more impressive if it where running on workbench. We are in no way taking about simple recompiles her. |

Re: New X11 Window Manager
Anyway, a browser and a working xterm/putty would be very cool.
Shouldn't be too hard to port *nix based putty if using X11 ? |

Re: New X11 Window Manager
Truly impressive.
I will install this when I see a working browser that beats IBrowse. Even though this OSX theme is really nice I would very much like a OS4 theme. |

Impressive, if only it used the skin of workbench itself so it would mimic it...

Lol, cute amiga theme ;) Is it possible to run the X11 server in windowed mode btw? So that you can open programs on the WB. |

But it will only be possible to open a server window on the workbench and not to open a x-window on the WB directely. Had not working on this, because I'm still working on optimizing GTK 2. Happy christmas and a happy to new year to all! cygnusEd |
