 .. ah but I don't have OS4 final?Ok lets see. DVPlayer works with overlay on OS4 Final, the latest MPlayer doesn't work on anything but OS4 Final. IBrowse 2.4 works correctly when registered and JIT with a later version of Petunia than we currently have. Lots of people have been doing "installs" of OS4 and reporting the current TuneNet bug that you must install the MPEGA.library otherwise it'll reaper..... ...does this mean that..... ....could it be that... I mean..... could OS4 final be near now?  |

At least mines only been down for 2 days now since me wife turned it off. I can see me bringing it to the next 3cag meeting like i did my 1200/ppc because even tho i didnt get that working at the meeting, i pretty much got it working soon after which it hadnt been doing for ages. |

I was very upset at the time. The realisation that I would be having to solely use Windows for some time was quite distressing at first. I think it was a power surge that wrecked it, so I'm hoping that I may be covered by my home contents insurance. There's another story with the insurance. Once I get things sorted out I'll post a full report on the matter. Anyhow there are people with a lot worse on their plate this Cristmas. I still have my home and my family. Aside from my hardware problems I'm glad to read each piece of good news here this Christmas. |
