Re: OWB 1.8 released
Good job Andrea and J?rg.. There are still some glitches (e.g. while typing here this comment with OWB and scrolled a bit down before, gfx curruptions occur and Return key for newline also doesn't work) and of course a scrollbar is lacking But it's getting better and better and using an Intuition window is a very important step.. Keep it up guys!

Re: OWB 1.8 released
Very nice work, indeed!
Edit: Just noticed that it still crashes when trying to log into e-mail accounts through mail.yahoo.com Edit 2: OWB 1.9 has just been released; and now it works well with yahoo e-mail. |

Good work !

@centaurz
Well it does not matter as long as it responsive. what this program really need is some horizontal, vertical slide-bars. |

(without SDL) Since the remaining SDL functions are no problem anymore I'll first add other things which are possible now with the intuition window and event handling, for example scroll bars for the complete page (not for frames, text areas, etc.) should be possible, before trying to replace the SDL graphics functions again. |

Re: OWB 1.8 released
Outstanding improvement, congratulations! Runs much better on my Classic PPC, I imagine it rips on the AmigaOne. Thanks!!

Re: OWB 1.8 released
Superb work, runs well here on my A1s.Although there does seem to be a few layout problems. The bar to the side on the site is wider than it should be, and the links are not clickable. Plus this textarea that I'm currently writing in is not where it should be, it has appears half way up the "Recent Posts" list :)
It seems to be a refreshing problem, if I click outside this textare the page refreshes and everything is in line with the textarea, although it has moved up about half a view After I submitted this post, the home page came back up and the links on the left bar were clickable. Weird! Looking good though, I guess problems with the engine are down to the OWB source tree, they aren't Amiga specific. Nice job, anyhow! Simon |

Re: OWB 1.8 released
Great Work!
There are two sites that I'd like to see working. One of them being http://www.seb.se/ . I can't log in since I can't change the alternatives in the popup menu under "Logga in". The other site would be hotmail.com wich isn't important at all but it acts kind of funny if you try to log in and seems to get stuck. Posting this in OWB 1.10 |
