Re: New Process Ranger
Hi!
Thanks for this tool! When I started a 68k app from icon it showed in the window of Ranger, but it is displayed 32k of stack instead the 8k which was set in the icon info. Is that 32k of the minimal stack? Bye! |

Re: New Process Ranger
@lazi
My understanding is that all 680x0 programs under OS4 needs more stack, because the system functions needs more stack, and because the 680x0 emulation requires more stack. It?s most likely bumped up to 32k as a minimum. |

Re: New Process Ranger
The minimum stack is set in Prefs/DOS. Default is 32K, but you can lower it back to 8K at your peril.

Re: New Process Ranger
Nice App! Many Thanks - It'll help with debugging.

Re: New Process Ranger
hmmmm...
What it needs is a feature to save a snapshot of the current window contents when a GR window pops up... |
