Why not post a news item when the new owner HAS BEEN revealed? Announcing that somebody will be announced is... well... another announcement of an announcement, isn't it?

Yep, teasers are fine. The only thing I don't get is why there is a big fuss about the sale of a website. But, then I realised I was taking a hypocritical stance by posing a question and deleted it
