Airsoft Softwair, the hardest working elves in Christmas business, are proud to present a brand-new plugin for Hollywood: xad.hwp! This plugin allows Hollywood scripts to conveniently open and browse archives through xadmaster.library. It uses Hollywood 6.0's new file and directory adapter plugin interfaces which allow you to iterate through XAD archives as if they were normal directories. Files within XAD archives can also be accessed as if the XAD archive was a normal directory. It just doesn't get any easier! With xad.hwp it is not necessary to unpack a file stored in a XAD archive to a temporary file before it can be opened. Hollywood 6.0's file adapter plugin interface allows direct streaming from the XAD archive into the respective file handler without any temporary file overhead. This makes it even possible to stream music or video directly from a XAD file!

OO library v1.0 released for AmigaOS4.x (4.1 FE update 1 recommended)

OO library brings object class style and easier programming to plain C language and AmigaOS. OO library makes also possible to create GUI's using GUIML (Graphical User Interface Markup Language). 15 years ago today, on Nov 5th 2002, Airsoft Softwair, the hardest working men in code business, released version 1.0 of Hollywood. Back then it was advertised as a "multimedia authoring system" comprising over 150 functions and it was only available for 68k Amigas. It immediately attracted the attention of lots of creative people from all around the world and thanks to the fantastic support of its community Hollywood has grown into a real swiss army knife for all different kinds of purposes. Who would have guessed 15 years ago that Hollywood would evolve into such a beast of a software that runs on over a dozen of different platforms and has lots of plugins that enhance its capabilities even further?

NetSurf is a small, fast, CSS-capable web browser for multiple platforms including AmigaOS.

It seems incredible to think that there has not been a public update for 4 years! Just where does the time go?

Well, we think its time to change that. It is understandable to think this project may well have been abandoned due to the silence, but one thing we hate is to announce something before it is ready. So without further ado:
