Porting for Profit ported another quality game to AmigaOS 4.0! This time it's a nibbles clone, but don't let that fool you. This game actually is a lot of fun!

ART Episode 20 - BBRV is Back!
Hosts: Rich Lawrence, Sean Fitzgerald, Bill Panagouleas. Guest: Bill Buck
My apologies for this LATE episode. Late is a mild term to say the least. Between working a 16 day stretch and the passing of my father, I really didn?t have much time or ambition to get this one out. I apologize. But, for what it?s worth, we?re back next week. Thanks for sticking with us.

Elbox Computer, the company that introduced the PCI standard to Amiga, is pleased to announce the latest Mediator model -- MEDIATOR PCI 1200 TX -- the successor of the MEDIATOR PCI 1200 SX.
New firmware embedded in CPLDs of MEDIATOR 1200 TX allows significant speed-up of graphic card operations when hardware 2D and 3D acceleration is used in single-processor systems (68k or PPC).

Amiga Events : New version of A/Nes

Today I've uploaded A/NES v1.16b2, feel free to check it out. Some minor things has been fixed and one new feature has been added. It allows you to "simulate" the sound from the FDS diskdrive while running an FDS game. Insert a standard AmigaDOS floppy in your DF0: and activate the setting in the preferences section. Your Amiga diskdrive will simulate the read on your floppy to let you know when the FDS is actually reading. Kind of useless, but fun perhaps? :) Now for the sad news. This is most likely the end of A/NES. Due to lack of free time, lack of interest (hard to maintain these amounts of code) and due to lack of Amiga-users I've decided to put A/NES on ice from now on. It's been fun but now it's over. Thanks for the feedback we've got during these years!

Amiga Events : The competition ended!
|
Posted by Dary on 2008/1/11 20:41:35 (1737 reads) |
One month ago a "competition" was announced. In short it was about, if a visitor who clicks on two links or stays for three minutes, then the visitor's country is logged to the statistics. It lasted one month long and there is the result. The rule was that, the first 5 place's language will be supported officially. (installers, scripts, menus, programs, themes, etc, in short everything)
