Re: MacOS7.5.5 on AmigaOS4 image 1
On my system it doesn't run.It starts the boot process and after a seconds freezes the emulation and I think the A1 too.
What's the problem with Basilisk? Is it bad coded maybe? I want to run MacOS on my Amiga One! |

@MamePPCA1
Press the shift key while booting, and skip loading the MacOS extensions. remove none working extensions from system drawer (Ethernet/apple talk/IPX) If that does not work, try booting whit MacOS7.0.1 bootdisk. Quote: Is it bad coded maybe? Yes Basilisk II was full of bugs, and there might be a few left. lots of bad memory access, zero pointer and stuff like that, I have cleaned up the stuff I found, but there might be bugs left. sourecode is provided so you can fix the problems if you find any |

I can't use this emulator either, it comes about as far as in the picture and then stops.

@Thematic
Picking MC68020, and disabling FPU, should make basilisk more stable. Try different ROM image, and make sure to select correct OS you like emulate. holding SHIFT key to skip modules from loading, then you can disable modules that crash. |
